Yes, we begin and end our tour at the Umpqua Bank. However, you are welcome to disembark from the tour at your pleasure and convenience.

Typically 4-5 units (3-4 buildings), will be toured to allow for ample time to answers questions. Often we will tour multiple floorplans in a given building. I do my best to coordinate routes that minimize walking distance.
