About the tour
Each of our Pearl Tours starts and ends at the Umpqua Bank located at 1139 NW Lovejoy Street, across from Lovejoy Bakers. The tour meanders along lush parks, tantalizing roasters, quaint shops and into a rich and diverse community of urban dwellers. We will typically make stops at 3 or 4 of the neighborhoods 33 (and counting) condo buildings, each with their own unique charm and personality. Discover community rooftop gardens, courtyards and libraries. On almost every tour you will get a chance to walk a studio, one/two or three bedroom, and penthouse (when available, these are more rare) floor plan.
In every tour I will discuss building nuances, market trends, upcoming developments and the ever-changing condo landscape. The view you’re buying might change, let’s discuss what is could look like!
Tours typically last 2 hours and cover a walking distance of less than one mile. You are welcome to disembark at any point on the tour. I lead tours year-round, please dress comfortably for the weather and its elements.
